Bien dormi pour cette dernière nuit dans la voiture et ce matin nous emportons pain, beurre, fromage et confiture dans la pièce du club de voile, c'est quand même plus grand et plus chaud que dans la voiture, et en plus pas besoin de faire du café, nous l'avons gratuit. Puis nous partons vers Holstebro où nous allons visiter notre ami Jonas. Mais avant, nous allons faire de grandes courses à un supermarché dans cette ville. D'abord, priorité des priorités, nous devons acheter des canards pour le diner de noël à la maison et en plus nous avons toute la famille samedi au lunch et les harengs danois sont meilleurs que les harengs norvégiens. Mais, mauvaise surprise, il n'y a pas de canards danois à cause de la grippe aviaire, nous achetons donc des canards polonais. Nous mettons tout cela dans la voiture, les canards congelés gardant au froid le reste. Puis nous allons visiter Jonas, un ami d'enfance de Jens. Il nous sert un très bon "frokost" (lunch en danois, en norvégien cela veut dire petit-déjeuner) et nous passons un bon moment ensemble. A 16 h nous repartons, nous avons encore plus de 100 km avant Hirtshals d'où part le ferry pour Bergen. La nuit tombe vite et au début c'est une route nationale. Jens conduit et cela demande une bonne concentration. Nous changeons à peu près au milieu et maintenant c'est de l'autoroute et c'est plus facile pour moi. Nous arrivons à 18 h 50 au quai et il fallait y arriver à 19 h, c'est bon. L'embarquement est rapide et le "Stavangerfjord" part un peu avant l'heure. Il part à 19 h 50 au lieu de 20 h. Quand nous réalisons que nous sommes partis, nous sommes déjà sortis du port. Diner léger, une part de pizza chacun. Le vent est assez fort mais, heureusement du sud-est, donc presque de derrière et le bateau ne bouge pas du tout. Au lit de bonne avec chacun notre journal danois. Bonne nuit.

We slept well for this last night in the car and this morning we take bread, butter, cheese and jam to the sailing club room, it is bigger and warmer than in the car, and in addition no need to make coffee, we have it for free. Then we leave for Holstebro where we will visit our friend Jonas. But before visiting him we are going to do some big shopping at a supermarket in this town. First, priority of priorities, we have to buy ducks for Christmas dinner at home and in addition we have the whole family on Saturday at lunch and the Danish herrings are better than Norwegian ones. But, bad surprise, there are no Danish ducks because of the bird flu, so we buy Polish ducks. We put it all in the car, the frozen ducks keeping the rest cold. Then we visit Jonas, a childhood friend of Jens. He serves us a very good "frokost" (lunch in Danish, in Norwegian it means breakfast) and we have a good time together. At 4 p.m. we leave, we still have more than 100 km before Hirtshals where the ferry leaves for Bergen. Night falls quickly and at first it is a national road. Jens is driving and it requires good concentration. We change half-way and now it's highway and it's easier for me. We arrive at 6:50 p.m. at the wharf and it was necessary to arrive there at 7:00 p.m., that's OK. Boarding is fast and the "Stavangerfjord" leaves a little before time. It leaves at 7:50 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. When we realize that we are moving, we have already left the harbor. Light dinner, one slice of pizza each. The wind is quite strong but, fortunately from the south-east, so almost from behind and the boat does not move at all. In bed early with a Danish newspaper each. Good night.
